Sustainability has many facets

• Energy efficiency

  Since 2002 we have reduced our energy consumption by 30% through specific energy recycling, despite the expansion of our buildings and the increase in overnight stays. This makes us one of the most efficient hotels in Switzerland. As a recognized solar hotel, we also produce approximately 25% of our electricity and heat requirements with our own solar power system.

• Natural park

  An oasis for plants, animals and – above all – for our guests. There are many native trees, flowers and birds living on our 2'500m² of land. Enjoying the view of the garden while dining is a special treat in the summertime.

• Responsible training

  Satisfied employees and well-trained specialists are important to us. That is why we are also committed to training apprentices and offer apprenticeships as hotel management assistants and chefs.
