• Check-in on arrival day from 14:00 to 22:30.
• Check-out on departure day by 11:00.
• Stated room rates include VAT.
• The Schaffhausen tourist tax is not included in the room rate.

• Deposits / Invoicing: Depending on the reservation volume, a deposit may be required.
• Room rental: No room rental charged for banquets. For small aperitifs, seminars or meetings in separate rooms, a room rental fee will be charged.

Cancellations for individual travellers: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival (until 18:00 on the day before the reservation). In case of no-show, 100% of the arrangement price minus breakfast will be charged.

Cancellations for groups (10+ persons/rooms): Cancellations of confirmed reservations must be submitted to Hotel Restaurant Promenade by the organiser in writing. Only cancellations by fax, post, or e-mail are accepted.

• 30 to 20 days before arrival: 25% of total charges
• 19 to 12 days before arrival: 50% of total charges
• 11 to 0 days before arrival: 100% of total charges

Event cancellations for groups of 10 or more (rooms, seminars, banquets, room rentals, etc.): Cancellations of confirmed reservations must be submitted to Hotel Restaurant Promenade by the organiser in writing. Only cancellations by fax, post, or e-mail are accepted.

Reservation of banquet rooms and agreements for further services become binding upon written confirmation by Hotel Promenade, including for the client.

Agreed special services that become redundant due to a cancellation must be paid for under all circumstances.

Should you wish to bring your own wine or spirits, the following corkage fees apply:

• Wine and champagne: CHF 21 per bottle
• Spirits: CHF 70 per bottle
• Cake: CHF 4.50 per person for crockery and cutlery
